1. Warranty Overview
Glowify Cleanings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides a limited satisfaction warranty on all cleaning services.
Key Points:
- Warranty applies for 3–5 calendar days after service completion.
- Covers re-cleaning of areas included in the original service scope only.
- No refunds are offered; issues will be addressed exclusively through re-cleaning.
- Warranty is void if conditions are misrepresented, unsafe, blocked, or misdescribed.
2. Coverage
Our warranty may cover re-cleaning if:
- The area included in the original booking was not cleaned to agreed specifications.
- The issue is reported within the 3–5 day warranty period.
- The area is safe, accessible, and as described at the time of service.
Note: Glowify Cleanings does not guarantee results such as:
- Complete stain removal
- Restoration of damaged surfaces
- Elimination of odors, discoloration, or buildup
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear
- Interior of appliances or cabinets/drawers (except included in Move-Out/M-In services)
- Heavy furniture moving
- Carpet deep cleaning unless requested
- Stain removal or restoration beyond normal cleaning
- Fragile, delicate, or improperly installed items
- Hazardous materials or biohazards
- Garage, exterior, or areas outside the original booking scope
- Misrepresented, unsafe, or blocked areas
- Delayed reporting of issues
- Interference by customer or third parties after service
4. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be voided if:
- Property conditions are materially misrepresented before service
- Access is blocked, unsafe, or unsanitary
- Instructions are ignored or altered after service completion
- Payment is disputed, reversed, or delayed
- Customer or others interfere with the cleaning process
5. Refund Policy
- Glowify Cleanings does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- The sole remedy for any cleaning issues is a re-clean of the affected areas within the warranty period.
- Any attempt to claim a refund outside these terms is invalid and will be refused.
6. Reporting Issues
- All issues must be reported within the 3–5 day warranty period via email or phone.
- Include clear details and photos if possible.
- We will schedule a re-clean of affected areas promptly.
7. Fraud & Misrepresentation
- False claims, theft allegations, or misrepresentation may constitute fraud under California law, including insurance fraud.
- Glowify Cleanings reserves the right to:
- Investigate all claims thoroughly
- Collect evidence, photos, and service logs
- Report fraudulent activity to law enforcement
- Refuse service permanently in cases of fraud
8. Liability & Safety
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Customers are responsible for securing valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, and sensitive documents.
- Unsafe or blocked areas may void warranty and require service adjustments.
9. Acceptance
By booking a service with Glowify Cleanings LLC, you acknowledge:
- You have read and understand this Refund & Warranty Policy
- You accept that no refunds are offered and the warranty applies only as described
- You understand that misrepresentation, unsafe conditions, or blocked access may void the warranty
