Short answer: it depends on size/condition and scope. Locally, pros run roughly $50–$120/hr or ~$130–$365 per visit for typical jobs; deep cleans are higher. You’ll get an upfront remote estimate from us before we roll.
Standard = routine rooms/baths/kitchen surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop, trash;
Deep = everything in standard plus built-up grime/detail work on often neglected areas. (We don’t handle mold remediation, chimneys, HVAC interiors, exterior windows on ladders, or other specialist tasks.)
Important: We stick to the services confirmed in your booking. If it’s not on the list, it’s not in the job (no awkward surprises for either of us 😉).
Time tracks to size/condition and add-ons. Typical references: ~2.5–3 hrs for a light standard, ~3–4+ hrs for deeper work; medium homes can run 4–6+ hrs depending on clutter and buildup. We give a window and confirm after the remote estimate.
We’ve got a 72-hour Satisfaction Warranty. Let us know within 3 days, and we’ll re-clean the spots you’re not thrilled with — no charge.
Fine print (but important!): If the original description of the job wasn’t accurate to lock in a lower rate, the warranty can be waived entirely. We also can’t fix things like post-clean mess, normal dust resettling, or problems outside our control. Click here for our full policy.
